How to Cleanse Your Colon Naturally

I believe that a Colon Cleanse should be natural and done the least invasive way possible. How can you tell that it's time to do a Colon Cleanse? When your colon, which is the large intestine, is working properly, women should be having a bowel movement at least twice a day, men (who usually eat a bit more) should be having three bowels movements daily. If you are not having sufficient bowel movements, it is a sure sign of toxicity. That means that you are extremely constipated and you're colon is full of toxins that have been building up over time. It's important for your health that these toxins are released and that you get your bowels moving regularly.

First, check your diet and make sure you are getting enough fiber. I created VitaMucil to make that even easier. There are two types of fiber: soluble and non-soluble.
