How to Grow Long Hair Faster

Many of my female patients have lamented not being able to have the long thick hair they wished for. It's not always easy to have that.

The first thing to look at is the diet. In order to grow long hair, you have to have enough protein and essential fatty acids in the diet. Whether a vegetarian or not, it's important that at every meal, you have some protein. In the past, I used to recommend fish as the best source of the essential fatty acids and omegas required for healthy hair. Today, our oceans and the fish have become so contaminated that I no longer recommend fresh fish. You can get all the essential EPA and DHA necessary from a good quality Fish Oil.
