How To Treat Plantar Fasciitis Naturally

There are natural, easy ways to treat Plantar Fasciitis (heel pain, foot pain) at home, without any drugs. Conventional medicine used to treat this often have many side effects, they can irritate the stomach and can even cause stomach bleeding.
One of the most important routines to do daily is stretching. Plantar Fasciitis is a painful condition at the bottom of the foot usually the heel area, which results when the tendons and fascia are being pulled, often when the calf muscles are very tight, the pain can result in the bottom of the foot. This can happen to athletes but also to anyone who doesn’t stretch enough, regardless of age. It’s compounded when the minerals in our bodies become imbalanced and tends to only get worse with time. Imbalance of minerals can be caused by the foods that we eat and from stress. A balanced diet is key in maintaining a balanced health. Of course it’s easier said then done. But with these tips I’ll be sharing with you I know for a fact you will be back in line on a path to a healthy and comfortable lifestyle.
First thing to do in the morning is to stretch out the calf muscles; stretching your legs out against a wall can help. Then lean forward, your legs still outstretched, and try to touch your toes, this will stretch the calf muscles nicely. Remember to warm up before you begin to exercise for about 10 minutes, then stretch. Once you finish exercising, don’t forget to stretch again.
Once you finish that you can massage the bottom of your foot firmly, this can be painful at first, but do not worry that just means you have a lot of tension there and scar tissue that has built up in the fascia. Key thing to remember is to firmly massage to work it out. Sometimes, you can hear a crinkling sound around the heel as you’re massaging, which is good as it means you are breaking up some of the toxins built up in there. I recommend my patient’s to do these 5-10 minutes daily, especially when the plantar fasciitis is acting up. Another good thing is a yoga routine, which will stretch both the calf and foot area (think of the downward dog).
It’s important to balance your calcium, magnesium and Vitamin D3 minerals in your body. Without the right balance, the absorption rate is compromised. Unfortunately, you really can’t get enough of these minerals in our food anymore, so you need to supplement. With VitaTree, we ensure the best whole-food supplements with no synthetic fillers or ingredients. Our VitaTree Magnesium is easily absorbed and won’t cause any stomach upset or diarrhea. I recommend you take your Magnesium always in the morning, and not with your Calcium, which you should be taking in the evening before bed. When taken together, they actually compete for absorption. The VitaTree Vitamin D3 can be taken anytime, it’s a MCT (medium chain triglyceride) coconut oil, which is not only a fat burner, but optimizes your absorption.
There is always a solution that’s natural and easy, to heal what ails you. Your health truly does lie in your hands, so make the natural choice to live the vibrant VitaLife!
