How to Grow Long Hair Faster
Many of my female patients have lamented not being able to have the long thick hair they wished for. It's not always easy to have that.
The first thing to look at is the diet. In order to grow long hair, you have to have enough protein and essential fatty acids in the diet. Whether a vegetarian or not, it's important that at every meal, you have some protein. In the past, I used to recommend fish as the best source of the essential fatty acids and omegas required for healthy hair. Today, our oceans and the fish have become so contaminated that I no longer recommend fresh fish.
If your hair is beginning to thin out or fall out, it could be a thyroid issue. We have other videos in this series that address thyroid issues and what to do about them. If your thyroid is functioning at a lower level, thinning hair can be a symptom. Please search out those videos as the effects of a lower functioning thyroid can be reversed quite easily and naturally.
That old saying "pulling your hair out" is a good one, as stress can cause your hair to thin or fall out. It's important to manage your stress as naturally as possible.
Remember, your health is in your hands. You can choose natural solutions and products that will work best for your body, with no chemical side effects. There is always a natural way to cure what ails you.
