Natural Cellulite Tips
Cellulite is that awful dimpled skin that mostly affects women. There are a lot of very expensive lotions and potions out there, but cellulite is very difficult to get rid of with these. Some of the most proven solutions to cellulite are very natural.
The diet is important. Women who have beautiful legs with no cellulite tend to eat a diet rich in natural, raw fruits and vegetables. Decreasing the dairy and wheat in the diet can help as well, as these two food groups tend to cause congestion. By decreasing the amount of dairy and wheat, you can begin to minimize the look of cellulite. You should also avoid processed foods. These contain toxins and many preservatives, flavour enhancers, etc. The body tends to hold on to these toxins as excess water and fat, which can then lead to cellulite.
Exercise is important, but it's the type of exercise that makes the all the difference. I usually don't recommend any running or hard-pounding type of exercise, as those can make the fibers that are holding in that water and fat even tougher, enhancing the appearance of the cellulite even more. Yoga and swimming are excellent exercises that can help reduce the appearance of cellulite. Some cardiovascular exercises are great it's the hard, bouncing kind we want to avoid.
Now manually, we can help to move the lymph system, which helps to eliminate the cellulite. Manual massages help move the lymphatic system. Jumping on a mini-trampoline is another great exercise for the lymphatic system, without the hard bouncing of other types of exercises. Using coconut oil in the shower with a great, big brush helps to increase the circulation and break down the fat and water trapped in the cells that cause cellulite. Doing this three of four times a week in the shower can help reduce the appearance of cellulite.
Detoxification is another critical component to rid your body of cellulite. By releasing the toxins that have built up in your body, it helps you deal internally with that cellulite problem.
Increasing the circulation, especially in the leg area, is important. Exercise, rebounding and massage are all helpful as well as some herbal medicines to support the healthy circulation in the body.
There are natural ways to treat cellulite that don't involve expensive creams and potions. Taking care of your health from the inside out is important as is eating a rich whole-food diet.
