Sleep Disorders : How to Get The Best Night Sleep
Some people struggle every night with not being able to fall asleep. Others fall asleep quite easily, but end up waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep.
Sleep affects how we look, feel and perform on a daily basis, and can have a major impact on our overall quality of life.
One of the greatest tips I can give you is to avoid overstimulating the nervous system. This means avoiding internal/external sources of stress such as having heated conversation with someone before bed, texting on mobile phone devices, to over exercising, or watching the news.
Another tip is to avoid caffeine or at least stop your caffeine consumption early afternoon because it acts as a stimulant in the body. The half-life of caffeine (time taken for the body to eliminate one-half of the caffeine) varies widely between people, depending on factors such as age, body weight, pregnancy status, medication intake and liver health. In healthy adults, the half-life is approximately 5 to 6 hours.
You don't have to suffer from insomnia or become addicted to sleeping pills. Nature provides natural solutions to what ails you; your good health lies in your hands. Choose the natural way, and live the radiant Vita Life!
