There are easy ways to keep your skin looking young and healthy. The key is that, while external things like creams and potions can help, it’s what you put into your body that can make a difference. Keeping your stress levels low, getting adequate sleep, are all things will soon have you looking fresh and radiant.

7 Ways & Tips to Reduce Wrinkles

These are my 7 tips or ways to reduce wrinkles and keep your skin looking young and fresh. 1) Diet: decrease the empty foods, things that are high in calories but low in nutrients. At the same time, increase your consumption of fresh raw fruits and vegetables. Your skin needs the antioxidants provided to combat the free radicals our systems fight every day. It’s these free radicals that cause the cross-linking of our collagen that leads to wrinkle formation. If you’re not able to get enough fresh produce every day, there are vitamin supplements available that contain whole food ingredients. These are encapsulated forms of nature’s best super foods to give you radiance from the inside out. By feeding your skin internally, the luminosity returns and the wrinkles begin to fade. 2) Decrease Stress, Increase Sleep: every time you are stressed, you may be making facial expressions that can quickly turn into wrinkles. Stress also increases our cortisol levels that speed up the aging process. You want to decrease your daily stress levels as much as possible. Sleep: make sure you get adequate sleep. Sleep is a restorative process for the body; you can always tell when you’ve had a good restful nights sleep as your skin looks more refreshed, healthy and younger. 3) Moisturize: is key to keeping your skin looking plump and fresh. I always go to the more natural skin care lines. The more natural product lines have a higher concentration of antioxidants to help those fine lines and wrinkles. I also love pure coconut oil on my skin, just be sure to use it at night because it can be a little shiny! 4) Vita Tree Hair, Skin and Nails Formula: is a whole food product that I formulated to treat your skin from the inside out. It’s made with all-natural ingredients that flow through the blood stream, helping you to balance the collagen and elastin which are the components of healthy skin. 5) Water: make sure that you drink plenty of water, as a dehydrated skin is an aging skin. You should be drinking good quality water throughout the day, this will keep your skin looking fresh. 6) Detoxify: this is one of the most overlooked ways to help with the aging process. Did you know that your internal organs are mapped out on your face? If you develop wrinkles in a certain area of your face, it corresponds with a specific organ that is toxic. I created Vita Detox, an easy-to-take, whole food supplement that detoxifies the internal organs, as well as the blood and the skin. It’s amazing the difference two months of Vita Detox can make to your skin; once the toxins are flushed out of your system, your skin looks younger and more luminous. 7) Facial Exercises: I have a number of other videos on youtube.com that show you exactly how to do these. If done daily, they are a very effective way of keeping the facial muscles strong and supple, preventing the skin from sagging. There are easy ways to keep your skin looking young and healthy. The key is that, while external things like creams and potions can help, it’s what you put into your body that can make a difference.
