Joint pain and arthritis seem to be a normal part of the aging process. In fact, there is nothing normal about it. The theory of free-radical damage to cells as a cause for joint pain has been proven for over 40 years. Arthritis can either be caused from normal wear and tear on joints (osteoarthritis), or through an inflammatory, auto-immune disease(rheumatoid arthritis).
Arthritis & Joints
Joint pain and arthritis seem to be a normal part of the aging process. In fact, there is nothing normal about it. The theory of free-radical damage to cells as a cause for joint pain has been proven for over 40 years. Arthritis can either be caused from normal wear and tear on joints (osteoarthritis), or through an inflammatory, auto-immune disease(rheumatoid arthritis). Both forms of arthritis can also be caused by free radical damage in the joints themselves. Some unfortunate individuals have had accidents or sports related injuries that cause chronic joint pain. It is important to seek natural help for joint pain and arthritis. Keeping proper hydration in the body is key, as well as maintaining a proper connection to the earth. The earth’s electrons can help to heal our joints and more importantly, maintain their health and good function as we age.
