The first step is taking a good probiotic to maintain the good flora in our digestive tract. Often people don’t understand that a healthy digestive system is key to a good immune system. Peanut Butter & Cookies

• 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
• ½ cup Coconut Sugar ½ cup Almond Flour (add for consistency when mixing, see directions below)
• 1 Large Egg 2 capsules @vitatree Veggies Multi (opened)
• 2 capsules @vitatree Fruits Multi (opened)

Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350°F In medium bowl combine peanut butter, coconut sugar, Vitatree Fruits Multi, Vitatree Veggies Multi, and egg.
• Add almond flour 1 tbsp. at a time, mixing in between, until the dough is thick and easy to roll into balls (not too sticky)
• Roll dough into 18 x 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.
• Using a fork flatten the cookies making a cross pattern

Bake
• for 12-15 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are browning
• Let cool and enjoy!
