Whether you’re a vegetarian or not, most people don’t realize that protein is one of the building blocks for healthy nails. If your nails aren’t looking the way you’d like them to, then ramp up the protein.

Whether you’re a vegetarian or not, most people don’t realize that protein is one of the building blocks for healthy nails. If your nails aren’t looking the way you’d like them to, then ramp up the protein. Absorbable calcium is another important supplement you should be taking. There are a lot of calcium formulas out there in the marketplace, but not all of them are equal. My favourite source is fossilized coral calcium. It’s important to take Vitamin D3, which helps with the absorption of the calcium into the body. When you’re lacking sufficient D3, then only a portion, (25%) of the calcium is absorbed. The building blocks of healthy nails are keratin, elastin and collagen. You can choose to follow natural remedies to cure what ails you.
