Every time a negative thought pops up, change it to a positive one. Get your spirit going. Whenever my kids say I can’t do…, we tell them, yes you can! This empowers you which will in turn reinforce the positive thoughts. Negative thoughts bring negativity into your life. Changing to positive thinking will bring more positivity into your life. A more positive outlook on your life is the first step to ridding yourself of depression.

Visualize exactly what you want, whether it’s a certain job, partner or a house on the ocean. It doesn’t matter how far-fetched it seems at the time, by sending out positivity into the Universe, you will get positivity back. It’s the Law of Attraction in action. Take time to visualize twice  daily for 5-10 minutes. This simple habit can empower you & helps make a positive mindset.
