WHAT IS A CANDIDA INFECTION?
Candida is a yeast overgrowth in the digestive tract. Symptoms are often overlooked in medical mainstream circles by conventional medical doctors because they don’t recognize it as a syndrome or something that is effecting the overall health. Prevention – avoid these foods
First and foremost, because candida thrives on sugar, it is very important to avoid foods that contain refined carbohydrates (white flour, white sugar, white rice), added sugars (cane sugar, corn syrup) and alcohol.
Kill the Candida
The next step is to kill the candida. There are many natural herbal medicines that are helpful for killing this unwanted guest. Black Walnut, Cloves and Oregano are very well known anti-candida herbal medicines.
Another important issue is creating a more alkaline environment, especially in the gut. The best way to do this is with a whole food calcium, fossilized coral calcium is very alkalinizing. Calcium is one of the major elements used in maintaining proper pH levels in the body.
